Online Services

Our practice has been enabled to take online appointment bookings and repeat prescriptions.

In order to make use of this facility, you must be registered as a patient with our practice. Only then can you register with this service. You can register with this service by contacting us on 01509 263018 or by asking one of our recption staff.

We will then issue you with a registration letter. You must obtain this letter in person from our practice. You cannot create a registration account without one.

If you already have a registration letter, you can use the create your account facility by entering your:

• PIN
• Practice ID Number
• Access ID
• NHS Number

Once you have created a registration account, you can (if our practice has these features enabled):

• Book and cancel appointments with your doctor.
• Request your repeat prescription.
• Send messages to your practice.
• Update your personal information.
