The surgery is conducting a patient experience survey between 7th February and 24th February 2012. By giving us your feedback we will be able to assess the service that we currently provide and look at how we can improve our services. We would appreciate your time in completing this survey. Results will be posted on the website by the end of March 2012.
Surveys are available at the reception area or can be downloaded by following the patient experience survey link above. Completed surveys can be e-mailed to bridgestmedicalpractice.noreply@nhs.net or handed in at reception.
